Hi there and thanks for visiting Long Land Co. My path to getting into land buying and selling was one with many twists and turns. As a graduate from Ohio University with degrees in music education and vocal performance, I began my teaching career in southeast Ohio. Truth be told, I really wanted to be a rockstar but that’s another story. I soon moved to Columbus, where I quickly became interested in buy and hold rental real estate. After about seven years in education, I decided to leave the profession to concentrate on real estate full time. One day, I stumbled across some land for sale in a developing part of the city. After purchasing the land, I explored a number of potential uses, but eventually, decided to put it on the market for resale. I enjoyed the process so much that I wanted to continue doing it, and that’s how Long Land Co was born. We are a small family owned company, but we are focused on making the land selling and buying process as easy and flexible as possible.
